Wendy leads our marketing strategy and knows that great marketing happens everywhere — from penguin-populated South Atlantic islands to the heart of the Australian outback. She’s now joined Write on our global journey.

With an economics degree and postgraduate qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Wendy has travelled far and wide in her professional career. She started in tourism in London, before jetting into strategic marketing roles that have taken her to the Falkland Islands, outback Australia , and Aotearoa New Zealand. She’s worked in the independent education sector, media agencies, and full-service marketing companies — and is always excited when her expertise makes an impact.

Spanning horizons for customers wherever they are

Wendy’s philosophy is that great marketing is about connecting communities. Plain language is a passion — she believes great communication is fundamentally about building trust, breaking down barriers, and helping people understand their business so they can make better decisions.

She loves that marketing is a dynamic, multifaceted discipline that’s always evolving. With AI and digital marketing taking off, Wendy’s thrilled to be on board. She says that with great people around her and customers at the centre, the sky’s the limit!
