Write Group Client Portal — Terms of use
Before you use the Write Group Client Portal, please take a moment to read through the following terms. By accessing our client portal, you’re agreeing to our terms of use.
What our portal is for
We’ve created our client portal to make it easy for you to manage your booked workshop with Write Group. Please use it to:
- add names and email addresses of the people attending the workshop
- send questionnaires and writing sample requests to your participants
- view and manage everything related to your specific workshop.
What you’re agreeing to
When you use our client portal, you’re confirming that:
- your participants know they’re enrolled in a Write Group workshop and that you’re adding their details to our system
- you have the authority to provide their details
- you’re giving us permission to email them about the workshop
- you’ll keep your password safe and won’t share it with anyone
- the information you provide is accurate.
How we handle data
Here’s what you should know about data ownership and privacy:
- The participant data you provide belongs to you.
- All portal content, workshop materials, and resources we provide belong to Write Group Limited.
- We keep participant names and email addresses in our records unless you ask us to delete them after the workshop.
- We delete participant documents 1 month after your workshop (or sooner if you ask us to).
- We’ll delete questionnaire responses whenever you ask us to.
- We follow New Zealand privacy laws to keep everything secure.
Keeping your account secure
Please keep your password confidential. If you think someone else has accessed your portal account, change your password right away and let us know. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t be held responsible for issues arising from compromised login details.
What we’re not responsible for
While we’re here to support you, we can’t be held liable for:
- how you or your organisation use our portal
- any disputes involving participants on our workshops
- the accuracy of information you enter
- any indirect issues that may arise because of using our portal.

Need to update or delete something? Have questions? Email us at support@write.co.nz and we’ll help you out.
If things go wrong
If our portal isn’t working for you, you’ve entered incorrect information, or you’re unhappy about anything to do with your workshops or your portal access, please get in touch and we’ll try to resolve the problem.
Email support@write.co.nz about technical issues or logistics, and your client partner about anything else.
If you don’t agree to our terms or comply with them, we may need to suspend or close your portal access. We hope it never comes to that!
